We are proud to announce the creation of The Children’s League of Connecticut. We are excited to bring together over 600 years of experience serving children and their families in Connecticut.
Our experience and commitment to quality care will guide our efforts to help shape policy in Connecticut regarding the provision of care for our children across the spectrum of available services.
We are committed to promoting the welfare of children, youth and their families by enhancing the standards for delivery of service in all areas, particularly provision of behavioral health services, child abuse and neglect, juvenile justice and education.
Membership in The Children’s League is limited to bona fide Connecticut non-profit organizations, licensed and/or approved by the appropriate state agency. In addition, all League members must be accredited or actively pursuing accreditation by JCAHO, COA, CAIS or other similar national accreditation organizations.
